Eric Saur
President, Conrad West

Eric joined Conrad Properties in 2006 as a Principal. He worked closely with the General Manager at Clayton on the Park to increase revenue, manage cost, and improve operating efficiency. As a member of Executive Committee, he oversees feasibility for all Conrad projects. Eric will lead Conrad's newest venture in Phoenix Arizona effective June 2007 when he becomes President of Conrad West.

Prior to joining Conrad, Eric worked for over 10 years as an Information Technology Consultant in Phoenix, Arizona where he earned his Six Sigma Black Belt. Eric's portfolio includes projects for several Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Starwood Lodging, The Home Depot, and American Express.

Eric graduated from Trinity University with a BA in International Economics and earned an MBA from Washington University's Olin School of Business.
