Eric Saur – President, Conrad West

Eric leads Conrad Properties newest venture in Phoenix, Arizona as president of Conrad West. He joined Conrad in 2006 as a principal. He worked closely with the general manager at Clayton on the Park to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve operating efficiency. As a member of the executive committee, he oversees feasibility for all Conrad projects.

Prior to joining Conrad, Eric worked for over 10 years as an information technology consultant in Phoenix, Arizona where he earned his Six Sigma Black Belt.

Eric graduated from Trinity University with a BA in International Economics and earned an MBA from Washington University.
