Kevin Kloster – President Emeritus

Kevin serves as president emeritus after stepping down from his role as president and CEO to direct the leadership transition to the second generation of the Saur family.

Kevin joined Conrad Properties in 1996 as construction manager. Prior to joining Conrad, Kevin was president of St. Louis - based The Kloster Building Group, Inc., where he was employed since 1975. Kevin sold the business in 1995 in order to pursue new business opportunities.

Kevin earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
