Michael James &Ndash; Chief Development Officer

Mike was named chief development officer of Conrad Properties in February 2002, overseeing all construction activities for the company and evaluating construction feasibility of prospective projects. He is a member of the firms executive committee.

Mike joined Conrad Properties in 1985 as superintendent/on-site project manager, supervising and coordinating daily construction activities for office buildings and tenant finish work. In 1987, Mike was named project manager.

Mike graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
