In 1976, Conrad Properties began work on what would eventually become one of the most innovative condominium developments in the United States. Conrad built well over 100 units in this exclusive neighborhood and managed every phase of the project's development including land acquisition, financing, construction and unit sales. Individual units were designed with substantial client input and current unit prices have risen over three times that of the initial sale price.
