Craig rejoined Conrad Properties as Principal in June 2003 after earning his MBA from Michigan. As prinicipal, Craig works closely with executive colleagues on strategic decision-making and feasibility for all Conrad projects. He takes the lead on financial modeling, establishing pro-forma projections and analyzing various debt/equity capital structures. Craig is a member of executive committee and has been active in his family's business his entire life. He was first hired as a Project Manager/Financial Analyst in 1996.
Craig graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University's School of Engineering, with a BE in Civil Engineering and Mathematics; he received an MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University; Craig also earned an MBA from University of Michigan's Business School.
Craig is a certified Engineer-In-Training (EIT).
