BLUNK NAMED GENERAL MANAGER FOR METRO LOFTS APARTMENTS IN CENTRAL WEST END

ST. LOUIS - Melanie Blunk has joined Conrad Properties Corp. as general manager for Metro Lofts apartments at 4535 Forest Park Ave. Making the announcement was Kevin Kloster, Conrad Properties' president and CEO.

Blunk will be responsible for leasing and property management of the 213-unit apartment complex.

A St. Louis native Blunk, brings 20 years of property management to Conrad. She has managed properties in Tampa, Fla., San Francisco, Calif. and Denver, Colo. Most recently she served as the manager of The Dorchester at Forest Park.

Julie Salamone will be joining Blunk as assistant manager for Metro Lofts apartments. In her new position, Salamone will assist with leasing and property management at the newly opened 213-unit complex. Most recently, Salamone worked in the mortgage department for Enterprise Bank & Trust.
