Conrad Tops Off West Village Condominiums in Creve Coeur

To Celebrate, All Kitchen Counters to be “Topped Off” with Granite on Contracts Signed by Labor Day

ST. LOUIS—Conrad Properties has “topped off” Phase I of West Village Condominiums and is on pace to complete the building in time for year-end move-in of the community’s first homeowners. To celebrate, all kitchen counters will be topped off with granite in homes under contract by Labor Day. With only 24 one- and two-bedroom homes available in the first phase - and a number of them already under contract—the homes that remain are expected to move quickly as the four-story elevator building advances to final form.

“West Village has already proven attractive to a broad spectrum of people, from young professionals to seasonal empty nesters,” said Traci Stisser, sales manager. “Buyers will be hard pressed to find condominiums this affordable and with a lifestyle package of this caliber in the central corridor. What we have to offer is truly unique.”

West Village is a sophisticated four-story elevator building near the Summit Lofts and within minutes of Olive/I-270 conveniences. Condominium homes are priced from the $270,000s to the $390,000s and range in size from 1,020 to 1,515 square feet.

The homes are a fusion of urban-suburban ‘chic’ with 10-foot-high ceilings; hardwood floors in the kitchens, living areas and entries; free-flowing, naturally-lit entertaining spaces; private bedrooms and a partially recessed deck. Base prices include a full appliance package with a GE stainless steel refrigerator and a laundry room equipped with a built-in Bosch washer and dryer.

“Including a refrigerator, washer and dryer in the base package underscores what West Village is all about—the totally unencumbered, hassle-free lifestyle,” said Stisser.

Additionally, West Village residents will have access to one of the most amazing amenities packages in the area. All residents will have heated, underground parking with one parking space per bedroom as well as a 5-by-10-by-10 foot storage area on the same floor as their condo. In addition, owners will have access to a full service entertainment pavilion, which includes an outdoor pool with patio; a separate hot tub spa; a gas barbeque grill and outdoor open pit fireplace; workout facility and lounge complete with pool table, plasma-screen TV and catering kitchen. The lounge can be reserved for private parties and gatherings.

Conrad will also offer a slate of private classes and events ranging from wine tastings to Pilates instruction. “We have already found that the residents at the Summit Lofts really enjoy interacting with one another,” Stisser noted. “We want to foster that same sense of community at West Village. We want people to know their neighbors and to be comfortable mingling with one another. Our goal is to take the neighborhood feel we all grew up with and deliver it to a completely modern living environment.” Four phases with 30 homes each are planned for future development. The information center for West Village at 693 Decker Lane is located between Ladue Road and Olive Boulevard, immediately east of I-270. Hours are Friday through Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment. For more call 314-898-3464 or key www.westvillagecondos.com . -end-
