Bob Saur – Chairman

Bob founded Conrad Properties in 1971. Since that time, he has grown a team of professionals who have overseen the development of a diverse project portfolio, the sum of which exceeds $600 million. Under Bobs leadership, Conrad Properties has raised the bar in real estate development by creating unique and innovative environments that satisfy unfulfilled market needs.

Bob attended Washington University and earned a BS in Civil Engineering. He later graduated with a Masters Degree from Michigan State University Graduate School of Urban Planning and Land Economics. Bob is also co-founder and director of Enterprise Bank Holding Company.
