Robert E. Saur, Chairman

Bob founded Conrad Properties Corporation in 1971. Since that time, he has grown a team of professionals who have overseen the development of a diverse project portfolio, the sum of which exceeds $260 million. Clayton, Missouri's "Businessperson of the Year," and an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Bob is a member of the American Society of Planning Officials, a national member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Clayton Chamber of Commerce. He is a founder and director of Enterprise Bank and a founding partner of Boone Valley Golf Club.

Bob received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated from the master's program in urban planning / land economics at Michigan State University and began his career with The Rouse Company of Maryland.
