Wendy Timm, COO/CFO

Wendy has been in the commercial real estate business since 1977 and was an owner of a successful appraisal and consulting business.  She is a licensed broker in Missouri and holds professional designations of CRE, CCIM and MAI. As a Principal of Conrad Properties Corporation, Wendy is in charge of all finance, investing, and sale activities for the 35 year-old development company.  Current Conrad projects exceed $100 million.

Wendy majored in real estate & urban economics earning a BS in finance from the University of Illinois.
