Wendy Timm – Chief Operating And Financial Officer

As a principal of Conrad Properties, Wendy is in charge of finance, operations and investor relations. Wendy has been in commercial real estate since 1977 and owned a successful appraisal and consulting business. She is a licensed broker in Missouri and holds professional designations of CRE, CCIM and MAI.

Wendy received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and majored in Real Estate & Urban Economics. She has completed numerous investment, finance and valuation courses with the Commercial Real Estate Investment Institute and Appraisal Institute.
